Unraveling the Mysteries of Wi-Fi using Live Demonstrations
- An Initiative for Schools and Communities
Funding Organization: Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
Funding Mechanism: Unlocking Curious Minds 2017
Wi-Fi has almost become a basic human need particularly among the youth. Despite using it extensively in our daily life, we largely ignore the underlying technological marvels that enable wireless communication. This project lets the participants understand the hidden secrets of Wi-Fi networking using a series of live demonstrations that are put together as a workshop. The distinguishing feature of the workshop is that the participants will 'see' the technology in action instead of getting the conventional class room experience.
