Digital Signal Processing
This course deals with the time- and frequency domain analysis of discrete-time signals and systems. Transformation techniques such as Fourier Transform, Discrete Fourier Transform, Fast Fourier Transform and z-transforms are discussed in considerable detail. This course also covers the design aspects of digital filters.

Data Communications
This is a basic course that introduces various concepts and techniques employed in telecommunication systems. It includes a discussion on digital modulation techniques (A/F/PSK), channel characteristics and multiple access mechanisms (T/F/CDMA). It discusses different protocols on the network and transport layers (DNS, IP, TCP, etc).

Web Programming
This course is concerned with introductory concepts related to World Wide Web and its programming. It starts with a discussion on WWW, HTTP and other relevant issues. On the programming side, it deals with HTML and XHTML programming along with an introduction to JavaScript. Basic concepts pertinent to PHP are also included in this course.
