This course deals with the time- and frequency domain analysis of discrete-time signals and systems. Transformation techniques such as Fourier Transform, Discrete Fourier Transform, Fast Fourier Transform and z-transforms are discussed in considerable detail. This course also covers the design aspects of digital filters. A brief introduction to Image Processing is provided towards the end of this course. The course outline is as follows.
